Where are you located?
We're located off of Quail Roost Drive in South Miami, 33177! We're thrilled to service you at our temporary salon location, while we prepare our new Coral Gables salon, set to open this summer 2025! Our current address will be emailed to you immediately after your appointment is reserved.
How long does the lace closure sew-in last?
Your sew-in can last 8 to 12 weeks, with great upkeep. We suggest to come in for a closure maintenance + sew-in shampoo every 4-6 weeks.
Does a closure require glue?
No, It's not required. The closure can exist without application of glue, which is a service we offer (refer to "Glueless Method" on the calendar).
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Change of plans? No problem. Your confirmation email has a convenient cancel link. Please use it for any changes that you need to make 24/7! (Heads up: deposits are only refundable if you cancel the same-day you made the reservation.)
Are the hair extensions reusable?
They sure are! Our 100% Raw Vietnamese extensions are unprocessed, with its cuticles intact and aligned in the same direction, which means you can reuse them for years with the proper care.

For in-salon payments in, we accept cash, Zelle, all major credit cards, Klarna and Afterpay! (Please note: Cash and Card prices differ due to service charges)
